What to include in your message
To help our shop return your message with a real answer instead of a round of follow-up questions, include the make, model and year of your outboard when you can (Yamaha F150, Suzuki DF200, Mercury Verado 250, etc.), a short description of what the engine is doing, where the boat is currently kept — slip, lift, driveway or dry storage — and the city or ZIP code. If the boat has been sitting for a while, tell us how long. If a warning light or fault code is showing on the gauge, note it. Photos of the engine, the fuel filter, the battery compartment or anything else you would like our techs to see are welcome as attachments to rocketcitymarinellc@gmail.com.

Rocket City Marine is based on Huntington Lane in Rockledge, Florida, and covers the full length of Brevard County from Titusville and Mims in the north down through Palm Bay and Melbourne Beach in the south. Most requests receive a same-day reply during business hours and a written estimate within one business day of the initial visit. After-hours appointments are available for customers with time- sensitive charter, tournament or delivery schedules — just note the deadline in your message and we will work it into the schedule where we can.
